By placing an order with Obaid Group LLC, you are offering to purchase a product/service subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability confirmation of the order price.
To contract with Obaid Group LLC, you must be over 18 years of age and hold a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
Payments
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Orders will not be processed until the check has been completed, your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Promotional/Discounts Codes
From time to time we offer promotional discount coupons & vouchers which may apply in respect of which the discount code was offered registered. The conditions relating to our discount codes are:
1. Only one Promotional code can be used per order
2. A Promotional code cannot be used after an order has been placed
Note: All Promotions/Promotional Codes will be for a limited period.
Refund Policy & Order Cancellation
Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer any refunds once a service has been ordered, or initiated, and our team has begun the work. Our services are designed to each client’s specific requirements, which makes the entire process unique and non-reversible.
Order Cancellation: Customers have the option to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them to be eligible for a refund. Please note that a 5% fee will be deducted from their payments to cover the processing fees.
Refunds: Once we get your refund request, we’ll tell you if it’s approved or not. If your request is approved, you’ll receive your refund back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card might take a bit longer to show the money back in your account.
